I have dark brown hair and would like a professional hair color that will NOT DARKEN w/o brasiness?

I need a single process professional hair color that will not darken my dark brown hair, but just cover the grays and SLIGHTLY LIGHTEN without brasiness, reds or oranges

Extremely difficult... yourself? or professional hair place? or are you getting a dye thats professional? first time? anyways I have had a ton of out of the box color and look all golden and brassy.. really hard to get rid of.. and professional hair salon I got red, orange.. when I wanted my natural hair color which isn't red or orange.. do cooler or warmer tones.. not ashy.. bad.. or golden..
