I am a licensed cosmetologist. When I was in school we used Wella Koleston Perfect Hair Color. The school has since been bought out by new owners who no longer use the Wella color. I am looking for a reputable website that sells professional color.
I don't even know if Wella still makes the Koleston perfect line, so any info would be helpful.Where can I buy professional hair color online?
